Remove from vacuum pack. Thaw in refrigerator 8-12 hours or overnight.
For a quick thaw, place vacuum sealed bag under cold running water for about 15 min. Remove from vacuum bag, rinse with cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. For best results, do not refreeze after thawing.
Cooking Instructions:
Fillets are best when baked, microwaved, broiled, grilled, poached or smoked. Fish is done when opaque and firm."
